외국인 등록증 신청 방법 안내

○ 외국인 등록증이란: 외국 국적으로 한국에 90일을 초과하여 체류할 경우, 입국일로부터 90일 이내 반드시 출입국관리사무소에 외국인 등록증을 신청하고 발급받아야 합니다. 발행된 외국인 등록증은 한국에서 신분증 역할을 합니다.

○ 대상: 본국에서 학생비자를 취득하고 한국에 입국한 모든 외국인 유학생

○ 지문등록 및 외국인등록증 수령: 예약된 날짜에 출입국관리사무소를 방문하여 지문 등록을 진행, 약 4~6주 후 출입국관리사무소를 방문하여 외국인등록증을 수령 할 수 있습니다.

○ 신청장소: 춘천출입국 외국인사무소 동해출장소

○ 준비서류

강릉원주대 (강릉캠) →동해출입국사무소 가는 방법 안내

외국인등록증 신청 및 비자 관련 서류 제출을 위해 동해출입국외국인사무소에 방문해야 합니다. 아래의 방법을 참고하여 이동하시기 바랍니다.

○ 국문주소: 강원 동해시 해안로 225 출입국관리사무소 (강원 동해시 천곡동 821)

○ 영문주소: 225, Haean-ro, Donghae-si, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea

○ 이동 방법

1) 강릉시외버스터미널 → 동해시외버스터미널 이동 (35분~40분 소요, 4,500원)

2) 동해시외버스터미널 도착 → 동해출입국사무소 택시 이동 (10~15분 소요, 6,000~9,000원)

○ 유의 사항

1) 강릉 출발 첫차 07:10, 막차 21:40

2) 반드시 예약 시간에 맞추어 출발하시기를 바랍니다.

(이동 시 교통 상황에 따라 소요 시간이 달라질 수 있습니다)

Guidelines for Applying for Alien Registration Card (ARC)

○ Alien Registration Card (ARC): Foreign nationals who plan to stay in Korea for more than 90 days must apply for and obtain an Alien Registration Card (ARC) at the Immigration Office within 90 days from the date of entry. The issued ARC serves as an official identification card in Korea.

○ Eligibility: All international students who have obtained a student visa in their home country and entered Korea.

○ Fingerprint Registration and ARC Collection: On the reserved date, you must visit the Immigration Office to complete fingerprint registration. About 4–6 weeks later, you can revisit the Immigration Office to collect your Alien Registration Card (ARC).

○ Location: Donghae Immigration Office

Directions from Gangneung-Wonju National University (Gangneung Campus) to Donghae Immigration Office

International Students are required to visit the Donghae Immigration Office to apply for an Alien Registration Card (ARC) and submit visa-related documents.

Please refer to the directions below for your transportation.

○ Transportation

1) From Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal → Take a bus to Donghae Intercity Bus Terminal (approx. 35–40 minutes, KRW 4,500).

2) From Donghae Intercity Bus Terminal → Take a taxi to Donghae Immigration Office

(approx. 10–15 minutes, KRW 6,000–9,000).

○ Notes / Precautions

First bus from Gangneung: 07:10, Last bus: 21:40

○ 外国人登录证是指:外国籍在韩居留超过90天的，自入境之日起90日内，必须向出入境外国人事务所申请并办理外国人登录证。外国人登录证在韩国起到身份证的作用。

○ 对象:在本国取得学生签证后进入韩国的所有外国留学生

○ 指纹登录及领取外国人登录证:于预约日期前往出入境外国人事务所办理指纹登录，约4至6周后可前往出入境外国人事务所领取外国人登录证。

○ 申请地点:春川出入境外国人事务所 东海办事处

为了申请外国人登录证及提交签证相关文件,必须访问东海出入境外国人事务所。请参考以下交通方式。

○ 移动方法

1) 江陵长途汽车站→东海长途汽车站移动（35~40分钟，4500韩元）

2) 到达东海长途汽车站→ 到达东海出入境事务所出租车（10~15分钟，6,000~9,000韩币）

○ 注意事项

1) 江陵始发的首班车是07:10，末班车是21:40。

2) 请务必按预约时间到达。
